• Free Plan: digital QR code menu

• Pro Plan: QR code menu with ordering via WhatsApp

• Additional services may be introduced in the future.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information during registration

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes

• Do not misuse or resell the platform

4. Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance

• Prices are displayed in EGP

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Interruptions due to third-party providers (WhatsApp, hosting, etc.)

• Loss of data caused by user error

• Indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions

Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
